Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Return and Exchange
Our Commitment to Product Quality
At Hadara, every product is carefully designed and inspected before it reaches you. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our bags, and we truly hope each one becomes a reliable companion in your everyday life.
Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
If you believe the item you received has a defect or quality issue, please contact our team within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to review the issue and assist you.
Returns for Defective Items
If the item you received is defective or incorrect, please reach out to our customer service team and provide your order details along with photos of the issue.
Once the issue is confirmed, our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or exchange.
To be eligible for return, the item should be:

- In its original condition
- Returned with original packaging

Returns Due to Change of Mind
At the moment, Hadara does not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund accordingly.
Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.
