Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Thailand.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries and regions only:

Malaysia
Hong Kong

At this time, we do not ship to other international destinations.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is approximately 7–14 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

customs clearance
local courier delays
public holidays
peak shipping periods
incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking

Tracking is available for shipped orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details by email so you can monitor your shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
